On September 14, 2009 my world changed forever.
My son Blaise was diagnosed with Prader Willi
Syndrome. In the 3 years since he was diagnosed he
has come such a long way, but there is still so far to
go. I am committed with every part of my soul to help
eliminate the challenges of PWS for Blaise. The best
way I know how to do this is by raising money for
research Research will help bring a cure for not just
the hunger, but countless other symptoms that Blaise
faces everyday. It is my goal to spread awareness of
this genetic disorder to encourage more research
and to find a cure for the hunger in my son's lifetime.
The "Doctors" TV show on CBS is doing a piece on
Blaise & PWS, filmed both at our home in
McDonough, Georgia and a follow-up in studio in LA
the end of February. I will let you know when it airs.
