In loving memory of our dear friend comedian/impressionist Steve Bridges,
who passed away suddenly Feb 3rd. Steve, who made everyone laugh, was

Rachel is a native of Philly/South Jersey. She
currently resides in McDonough, Georgia with her
husband and two young sons, ages 5 and 3. In 2009
Rachel's oldest son was diagnosed with a rare genetic
disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome, with a diagnosis
of PDD-NOS (Autism) to follow shortly after. The diagnosis
was traumatic and forever altered the course of her life.
Rachel has made it her mission to educate the world
about children who have special needs and the
amazing parents that they have.
Following in her sister Jennifer's footsteps Rachel
became a yoga teacher earning her 200 hour RYT
training under the guidance of Graham Fowler
and Daniela Simina at Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta.
She has opened her own yoga studio in McDonough,
where she teaches group yoga classes see schedule.
She also offers private yoga sessions in-studio by appt
as well as in your home, schedule & distance
permitting. Yoga birthday parties for children can be
arranged at the studio or in your home in the
McDonough & Atlanta areas.
Rachel plans on continuing her training and applying
her skills as a yoga therapist. Rachel also has dreams
of providing free yoga to children with special needs
and bringing GAMEyoga, founded in California by her
sister in 2009, to Georgia. Rachel believes that yoga is
an essential part to living a calm and joyful lifestyle.
In her spare time between doctors appointments,
therapy sessions and the normal things everyday
parents do, she writes her popular blog 3wordsfor365
and runs the Prader Willi Fan Page on Facebook
which has close to 6000 fans around the world.
Writer for Mind Body Green
Jennifer created Manifestation Yoga which is about having
breakthroughs in your life without being too serious. Her rule
of “If you fall you must laugh” is strictly enforced! She teaches
this inspirational style of yoga all over Los Angeles and also in
Philly & NJ at Dhyana Yoga as well as PURE Yoga and Yoga Vida
in NYC. She travels and leads workshops and retreats
worldwide: including Yoga Retreats to Ojai, Ca at a 54

She originally comes from Philadelphia & NJ by way of NYU
before landing in L.A. Starting with Iyengar yoga, she
discovered that yoga helped her in healing many aspects
of her life: from depression to injuries from being a runner.
She has studied with Annie Carpenter extensively.
In her classes, she combines her love of words and poetry,
music and the healing arts. Classes are challenging, yet
completely personal. The MOST important part of Jen's
class is having a sense of humor.
When Jen's nephew Blaise was diagnosed with a rare
genetic disorder called Prader Willi Syndrome (PWS)
& PDD/NOS(Autism), it prompted her to start
GAMEYoga.~Free Yoga for Kids with Special Needs ~
as well as becoming a devoted advocate for finding
a cure. FPWR.org.
Jen is in the process of writing her first book and is currently
a Wellness Expert for MindBody Green, has a weekly column
on Positively Positive and writes her popular daily blog called
The Manifest-Station. Jennifer is partially deaf and wears
hearing aids. After spending 13 years working in the same
restaurant she believes that everyone should have a job
in the service industry at least once in their life.
("It’s good for the soul").
